I had a recent opportunity to see and learn about the Swirl Pool, an idea developed by Jason Ayers, a wound certified clinician out of Crossville, TN (USA). Jason shared a prototype of the device – a hydro tub with oxygen tubing linked to a porous foam pad - providing hydrotherapy for wound irrigation, cleansing and mechanical debridement. The device was simple and portable, and seems to be easy to pair with different cleansing/antiseptic solutions – like saline or Dakins (can be easily tailored to patient need). It’s an interesting option for patients in need of more accessible wound care - possibly limited by transportation/travel and the time commitment required for in-facility therapy. I liked the simplicity and portability of the device. Jason was able to show examples of patient success – with excellent documentation and images. I am a territory manager in Tennessee and Alabama, that has had the opportunity to work with Jason and know his passion for working with individuals, and identifying gaps in treatment options available (in all care settings). Thank you, Sarah

As of July 10th 2025 I've been cared for by Jason with foot care for my toe amputations and my dry feet due to the weather turning from Summer to Winter

It took 7 months for my toe amputations to get well enough to where I could wear my shoes again it took a couple of agencies to help with the healing of the toes you had Nurse Jason, Cumberland county wound care clinic and covenant health home Care.

Within those 7 months I developed dry feet also and in that time nurse Jason had been working on a solution for foot Care wounds and he come up with the bubbler a device that uses 100% oxygen water and vinegar I was in the hospital for a week and he used that on my feet and there was a big big difference as to how it was healing and when I came back to the hospital for other reasons of my health he started again and he said oh it doesn't look like when you left and I said yeah I know so he started me on another regiment of this procedure and is healing again and I'm going to try to keep up with it at home but he has good intentions on this healing process and I would like to see it marketed for other people to try it's a good invention.

Thank you so much nurse Jason for caring and taking the time out to help with wound care.
